Highmore City Pool
The Highmore Swimming Pool is located in the south park. The pool was donated to the city by the Elmer Quirk family as a memorial. The pool is an L-shaped pool ranging from three to five feet deep with a thirteen foot diving well. The pool features a slide at the three foot end and two diving boards in the diving well. The pool also features a seperate wading pool for the younger children. The bathouse has an office area and two dressing areas with showers and restroom facilities. Pop machines are available outside the building. Children under five must be accompanied by an adult and all children using the wading pool must be supervised as the lifeguards do not watch this area.
